We are a good 10 minutes walk from Preston railway station, or the rich or lazy there should be loads of taxis here. Exit over the footbridge and head up the hil to the traffic lights. Cross the main road here and follow the road that heads off right down the hill, keeping on the left side of the road. Cross the dual carriageway and turn right, turning left at the traffic lights at Staples. Follow this road past the large roundabout and look for a strange shaped metallic building, we're opposite there follow the martial arts centre sign.

Many buses stop a few yards away from us. These include services 61, 68, 77, 80 and 82 from Blackpool and the Fylde coast and local Stagecoach services 31, 35 and 81.
